SPRING:
DMAG HELIX comes with standard spring strength that is engineered for paintball. Paintball shells are made of gelatin - they are soft and when they are exposed to humid or climate that is less than ideal - paintball will change their shapes - causing dimples and other abnormalities. DMAG HELIX spring is engineered to work with paintball by not putting too much stress on them - to keep the paintball round as possible and in the best condition as possible for optimal performance. Shaped Projectile are not round and have hard shells. The geometry of Shaped Projectile can cause a nag, a jam and create additional friction in the feeding process - thereby Shaped Projectile needs to have a stronger spring to overcome those obstacles. If you are shooting Shaped Projectile - you will need to change to a stronger spring that is designed for Shaped Projectile.
